Within the framework of Program Partners bilateral Innovation, the Finnish experts are working with the Ministry of Science and Technology in strengthening innovation systems of Vietnam and promote creativity. Finland and Vietnam are looking for ways to further promote innovation as well as research cooperation and strengthen cooperation between researchers,scientists, agencies and companies.
